DISC® is a tool for analyzing behaviors and communication styles.
It is neither a clinical test nor a psychological diagnosis.
It highlights observable behavioral trends and helps to identify how a person interacts with their environment, particularly in a professional context.
Yes.
DISC® is particularly useful for working on team dynamics and synergy.
Bringing the profiles together makes it possible to highlight the different communication styles present in the group, to identify complementary strengths, to better understand certain misunderstandings and to facilitate cooperation.
In this case, the format is custom-built according to the team, its context and the objectives sought.Major behavioral trends generally remain fairly stable.
The way in which they are expressed can nevertheless evolve depending on the professional environment, the responsibilities exercised or periods of change.
A new handover can therefore make sense after a significant change in function or professional context.

What your DISC® profile reveals
Decode your communication style to act more accurately, alone and with others.
DISC® helps to identify how you act, communicating, deciding and relating to others.
It's not about confining yourself to one color or category.
The profile highlights behavioral trends, strengths, and areas requiring attention.
The aim is to identify what comes naturally to you, what may hold you back, and the useful adjustments depending on the situation or the people you are talking to.
DISC® is also particularly relevant for building team synergy: decoding differences in functioning, identifying complementarities, facilitating communication and preventing certain tensions.
