MY JOURNEY

A leader's world, seen from the inside

As an executive coach and transformation consultant, I have spent over 35 years working alongside leaders.

including 25 years serving on executive committees, first at Deloitte and then at Fiducial, where I held roles as HR Director, Director of Operations and Director of Talent Development. I led teams of 20 to 500 people, and supported major restructurings, mergers and transformations.

For ten years, I trained managers and executives at Deloitte University EMEA and served on the group's global Learning Council.

This experience taught me something essential: behind every strategic decision, there is a leader who carries the weight of decisions, uncertainty and collective responsibility alone.

This is what I know from the inside: the loneliness of the role, the pressure to perform, and the difficulty of staying the course while caring for the people who make up the organization.

Today, I put this experience at the service of leaders who no longer want to make decisions alone.

Not to give them ready-made answers, but to help them clarify their thinking, make sounder decisions and create lasting momentum in their organizations.

I work from Bourg-en-Bresse, Lyon, Paris, Geneva and by video conference.

MY CONVICTION

I am convinced that sustainable performance cannot be decreed.

It is built when the leader is aligned, when the team regains a sense of purpose, and when human dynamics are truly taken into account.

My role is not to offer abstract theory.

It is to be a demanding yet warm thinking partner who starts from your reality and thinks things through with you.
