The support offered by Conseil Croissance is grounded in strong ethical standards and aligned with the principles of the code of ethics of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the consulting professions.
Confidentiality
Everything exchanged during a support session (coaching, advice, consultation) is strictly confidential. No personally identifiable information is shared with any third party, including the client commissioning the service, without the explicit consent of the person being supported, except where legally required.
Respect for the individual
Each support program is based on unconditional respect for the individual, their autonomy, their choices, and their pace. We do not judge and reject all forms of discrimination.
Professional framework and posture
We operate within our area of expertise, with complete honesty about what support can and cannot provide. Support is neither therapy, nor medical or legal advice. When necessary, we refer you to the appropriate professional.
Independence and transparency. We take care to prevent any conflict of interest and guarantee transparency regarding the objectives, methods, and framework of each intervention. The support agreement (tripartite where applicable) specifies the roles of each party.
Responsibility and continuous improvement
We are committed to maintaining our skills (continuous training, supervision) and to acting with integrity, care and high standards, in service of sustainable and meaningful transformations.
