Contact form: first name, last name, email, phone number, organization, message. Purpose: to respond to your request and follow up on your request.
Online appointment booking: name, email, phone number, appointment details. Purpose: to organize and confirm appointments and sessions.
Purchasing a service online: data necessary for ordering and invoicing. Purpose: to process and invoice the service. (Payment data is processed by our secure payment provider and is not stored by Conseil Croissance.)
Browsing: connection data and cookies (see Cookies section).
Legal basis
Processing is based, depending on the case, on your consent, on the performance of a contract (service, appointment) or on the legitimate interest of Conseil Croissance (responding to your requests, improving the site).
Recipients and subcontractors
Your data is intended for Conseil Croissance.
Certain technical service providers may access it for service purposes, in compliance with the GDPR:
Wix (website hosting, forms, appointment booking)
Google (Calendar / Google Meet for appointment management)
Payment provider: Stripe / Apple Pay / Google Pay for online payments.
Your data is never sold or given to third parties for commercial purposes.
Data retention period
Data is kept for the period necessary for the purposes described, then archived or deleted: prospecting data 3 years from the last contact; contractual and billing data according to legal obligations (up to 10 years for accounting documents).
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, object to processing of, and transfer your data. You can exercise these rights at any time by contacting: carolechabalier@conseilcroissance.com.
